My mother, Bonnie, who has been seeing you for the past 5 or 6 years, has been advised by Healthcare Partners Medical Group that you are no longer a contract provider for the Long Beach area. She cannot, therefore, continue to see you under her present insurance coverage. She is very sad to receive this information, as am I. From our first visit with you to this very day, you have been the most caring and professional of any of the healthcare providers she has seen. She has received excellent care from you and always looked forward to seeing you because of the dignified, friendly and caring way that you have treated her these past several years. Your prompt attention to her needs has been greatly appreciated. You have really become one of the family and we will miss you greatly.
Over the past 15 years, I have seen the level of caring among healthcare providers deteriorate and it gives me great hope for the future when i meet someone of your character. Hi Guys

Our mother passed away peacefully at her home on Jan 16.  As a patient of yours, she was ever so grateful for the care she received from you.  Without the pain control, she would never have been able to endure her treatments and enjoy a lovely holiday season.
